Perform tasks involving asphalt , concrete, milling work , sweeping, heavy equipment operator such as loaders, grader , roller , lay down machines I schedule, plan and coordinate CDL training for various departments for the City of Albuquerque. My responsibilities require implementing Entry-Level Driver training for Street Maintenance, Storm/Arroyo Maintenance, Solid Waste, . I oversee and evaluate driver-trainee's presidency in the NM CDL certification. I schedule, plan and coordinate employees passing the required MVD written tests; and training to pass the State of New Mexico's Parking Course Skills Tests, "Behind the Wheel" Training in urban and rural streets, I have established and maintained a professional working relationship with CNM, as well as City Departments' upper management and staff, in coordinating schedules and certifications of employees.
I am knowledgeable with the principles and practices of certification and training program policies that are implemented within the Street Maintenance level courses.
I am currently selected to be upgraded as the Training Specialist for the Streets Division to schedule, plan and coordinate training activities within the Street Divisions Training program.

Maintenance on heavy equipment, cleaning area, taking care of costumers . I also was a lead around the yard I made sure most of the guys got there equipment out and ready for costumers. I went through a lot of the equipment and answered questions that the new guys needed help with a lot of my coworkers cane to me and looked up to me as a excellent lead because of my worth ethics and positive influence I had on everyday bases . All the new hires I would get I would walk them through what needs to be done day to day bases .b
My duties include loading FedEx ground delivery vehicles, I work in the warehouse sorting and stocking merchandise and preparing for deliveries. I deliver mail and merchandise locally and to other locations in New Mexico .I also make repairs and perform maintenance to the warehouse, business property and vehicle as needed. I am capable of using and operating all kinds of hand and power tools such as drills,saws,tampers,pipebenders,electrical testing equipment, tractors , and etc. I would also watch over all the new hires and make sure everything was there for the driver and loaded correctly. We had to unload and load trucks in the order of there stops and make sure everything was there for the driver. The best thing I loved doing was training and leading all the new guys to become really dedicated and loyal workers that succeed.
