It was my duty to complete order set ups and quality checks along with ensuring the operators assigned to my machines complete their job duties safely and in a timely matter. Also it was my duty to ensure my machines were maintenance properly. I also had to retrieve and set up my own materials and when an order was finished I had to review and close it.

In this position it was my duty to ensure that all production went to plan or better. I had a part in hiring and firing. Was in charge of training. Also performed all year end reviews for all my employees. Had to write a weekly production report. And was involved in most production meetings where we discussed production and ways to improve it along with safety.

In addition to the duties I had as an operator, I was now the person in charge of the set ups for each order. This included gathering and staging materials by use of Hilo, posting the finished order correctly and a partial leadership role.

In this position it was my duty to take care of finished goods. We ran large rolls of plastic film that I had to take samples from, remove rolls from machine, weigh, label and package for shipment. It was also my duty to maintain cleanliness of my work area.
