I began working at Russo's Coal Fired Italian Kitchen on 3/24/21 as a dishwasher. After five months, a serious accident forced me to take three months off. Once recovered, I returned to work, moving into food prep and fryer duties. Over time, I learned to cook full meals and eventually became head chef—handling all kitchen operations from open to close, including cooking, inventory, and station management. I also assisted with dishwashing, pizza prep, and large-scale kitchen prep. My time at Russo’s reflects my loyalty, dedication, and strong work ethic.
