From a young age, I have been drawn to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, inspired by family experiences and a lifelong commitment to helping others. My career began in technical work, but everything changed when I started working directly as a personal attendant — seeing firsthand the impact of compassion, independence, and person-centered support. This experience solidified my passion and led me to found Empowered Pathway Services. I look forward to creating safe, inclusive environments that empower individuals to achieve confidence, life skills, and a fulfilling life, while providing services in alignment with California Regional Center standards and best practices.
