• Lead integrator for P-8A Increment 3 Block 2 Ground Station contract supporting NAVAIR PMA-290 and Fleet Readiness initiatives.
• Directed multi-disciplinary engineering teams across PMA-290, Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Weapons School (MPRWS), Commander Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing ELEVEN and forward-deployed TOCRON sites ensuring alignment with Fleet CONOPS and I3B2 baseline.
• Oversaw deployment readiness for VP-26 and CPRG fleet events; implemented SOVT, configuration validation, and media generation process improvements that increased operational availability by 30%.
• Managed TS network accreditation and package submissions for PGS-C SCIF installations—achieving approval for operational use within schedule constraints.
• Coordinated with PMA-290E, CPRG, and CYBERWARCOM to standardize system configuration control, establish hybrid testing environments, and accelerate P-8 Increment 3 capability delivery.
• Authored POA&Ms, CORA assessments, and executive action plans to close system deficiencies and improve software release synchronization across multiple baselines.
• Served as primary technical liaison between Leidos engineering, fleet operators, and government stakeholders; briefed CAPTs and O-6 PMs on system status, risks, and mitigation paths.

• Led 40+ personnel in C4ISR systems integration, mission system testing, and fleet introduction of P-8A Increment upgrades.
• Oversaw transition from legacy P-3C to P-8A across multiple squadrons; ensured alignment of TMAAS system readiness and interoperability standards.
• Directed test events for Increment 3 Block 2 development, providing operational feedback that shaped future TMAAS ground segment capabilities.
• Managed cybersecurity compliance and RMF package development for multiple SCIFs supporting tactical mission operations.
• Coordinated P-8A interoperability with Joint and Allied partners (RAAF, RAF) to standardize mission data exchange and system baselines.
• Received multiple Navy Commendation Medals for outstanding program leadership and fleet readiness improvements.

Developed TacMobile Advanced Airborne System (TMAAS) Users Manual (TUM). Conducted annual FLEET reviews.

Recruited 11 CPRW-11 staff to support a CNO special project initiative. This group of personnel supported the first P-8 Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) ground station.

Littoral Surveillance Reconnaissance System (LSRS) (APS-149) Sensor Operator. Conducted Operations Iraqi Freedom, New Dawn and Inherent Resolve.
