I have also acquired forman\competent training OSH 30, cal osh 10 and more in california with Shimick Electric. i have been at intel a few times for 0C 8,12,fab 42,fab 52 and have learned their installations requirements well. but there is always room to learn changes. over all i have around 30 yrs of construction experience. non union from sprinkler fitting , carpentry, and electrician. including my current years as stated as an IBEW Inside wireman.
