Summary

In my 20+ years of experience in the hydraulic ball valve industry I have learned many skills including, strategic planning, resource allocation, negotiation, decision making, continuous improvement, and leadership.

In the prior months as a warehouse manager I successfully combined three warehouses into one while leading a team of seven material handlers, two receiving clerks, one inventory specialist and one transportation coordinator.
I have a strong interest in talent development and believe to build strong teams as a leader, you must first view yourself as a life coach to your team. I believe effective management must include:
1. Close interpersonal relationships with people to understand their personal and professional goals and motivations.
2. Trust building through open direct honest communication and transparency on purpose and vision.
3. Approachability and adaptability through genuine curiosity in all interactions.
