Began by flame broiling burgers, working fry station and making sandwiches.

Became Production Leader within 1 year. Led all daytime employees in food production, sanitation and customer service.

Was promoted to assistant manger in year 3. Was first assistant for all shifts, in charge of all employees, customer service, cleanliness and bottom line profits.

Was promoted to General Manager in year 5. Was moved from low performing location to low performing location. Increased sales and profits in each location. Manager of the year in 1985 and 1986.

Became youngest person, by age, in BKC history, promoted to Burger Kings Training Department in the Mid-Atlantic region, in 1987.

Taught all employee, management and Franchisee courses up and down the East Coast.
