• Coordinate and oversee all shutdowns and startups of all pumps, chillers, cooling towers, and air compressors.

• Startup of chillers, and pumps on automated system.

• Oversee basic maintenance duties pertaining to changing out motors, belts, and servicing chillers from 180 to 450 tons.

• Over see service on emergency generators pertaining to changing oil filters, starting, and assuring proper operation of equipment.
