After I left Los Abrigados due to Covid in 2020, I spent the next 2 years renovating one of my houses basically from the ground up. I removed everything except the studs and outside walls, With a contractors help I newly rewired and re-plumbed the entire house, including replacing floor joists and flooring. I installed drywall and mud. I painted the interior and installed new flooring. I installed all new appliances, including showers, toilets and sinks. I completely tiled the bathrooms and backsplashes for the kitchen. I installed a spiral staircase, and redesigned the upstairs including installing new walls. I build a new outside deck and privacy fencing. I am currently hosting the house as an AirBnb and consistently get 5 star rating and rave reviews from all of our guests.
