Professional and personal references available upon request., Since this resume was created, I have been working in Ann Arbor at some higher end markets in food production, including Whole Foods Market and Plum Market. In January of this year, when the last place I was employed (been SELF employed since delivering food), as a sous chef (had worked my way to that position there), started to detonate as a functioning kitchen over a visit from the Department of Agriculture (bad salmon), I switched jobs. People rushed to throw others under the bus, including those who had worked the hardest to prevent something like this from happening. Rather than fall victim to this domino effect and have my resume hit with a firing, I opted to deliver food. It made me as much money as being a sous chef. I have been getting by since then, fairly successfully, doing that but am anxious to stop beating up on my car so badly, since I have four years of payments left. It is also very unpredictable so I would like to base my work more on something in a kitchen. Though I am not the line cook I was in my twenties, I'd think 35 years in various kinds of kitchens ought to be useful to someone. Thanks for your consideration. Apologies for the hack job but I am currently operating without a laptop and the need for employment demands speed.
