I worked at a Pizza Ranch for 3 years, doing everything BOH and doing a lot of FOH cleaning and ringing up customers. I was one of the longest retention employees at the location, seeing 3 GMS, 5 AMs and lots of employees. I am a bit of a stickler about food safety/food cost due to the habits I have from the GM I learned under. I was told that I would've had AM were I not going off to college as I was turning 18.
I am also in UIOWA ROTC, which will take some time but can be scheduled around 1-2 months in advance and is indicative of who I am as a worker.
