Command Sergeant Major | Regimental Support Squadron
Served as the Command Sergeant Major and Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commander for a support unit responsible for the morale and welfare of over 1,000 Soldiers. Provided logistical support for over 3,000 Soldiers during desert warfare training in the Mojave Desert to train and certify maneuver units before deploying to combat. Responsible for the planning and execution of training, resources and ensure mission accomplishment in combat support operations with an emphasis in night maneuvers; responsible for the enhancement of all enlisted Soldiers by mentoring, coaching and developing military programs.
Served as the Command Sergeant Major for the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 1st Armored Division. Oversaw the logistics of personnel, equipment, sustainment and training of a Headquarters, Operations, Intelligence and Sustainment, Signal companies, Division Band, Training Detachment and a Forward deployed Headquarters Detachment consisting of over 1000 soldiers and 60 occupations. Served as the primary advisor to the Battalion Commander on all enlisted matters and training, physical fitness, individual Soldier readiness, maintaining unit discipline, personnel actions, leader development, retention, morale, and the welfare for all Soldiers and Family Members. Oversaw and led all aspects of maintenance and accountability of the battalion's equipment.

Served as the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer for the Brigade. Planned and coordinated and executed logistics support for current and future operations. Prepared and provided logistical information for Operations Orders. Ensured that all Supplies and services operations were integrated into Brigade operations. Coordinated for logistical support with higher Headquarters. Planned, monitored and executed deployment and redeployment operations. Served as the Division 4 (G-4) Sergeant Major for the Army Sustainment Command which provided Combat Service Support capability to Soldiers serving in Combatant Commands in the continental US and overseas. Served as the senior enlisted advisor to the Division Level Deputy Chief of Staff regarding the activities of seven subordinate Brigades in the areas of organic unit supply, maintenance, STAMIS data management, equipment accountability, quality assurance, readiness reporting and related support functions. Advised the Division Command Sergeant Major and Chief of Staff on the Commanding General's construction projects valued over $6M. Deployed to Haiti to spearhead the risk mitigation, management and re-building efforts within the civilian communities after the 2010 earthquake.
