Work History

Assistant Director of Security and Information

ERMC/SecurAmerica/Allied Universal
Overland Park, KS
09.2017 - 06.2022
  • Important projects – rather than for unimportant ones
  • Obtain a complete overview of all resources and their assignments to projects and basic load; this will keep you informed about the overall resource utilization at all times
  • Know which additional projects you can start and carry out
  • Identify resource issues in good time and are able to address and resolve them according to corporate strategy
  • Avoid resource conflicts, as they do not even arise
  • Inadequate planning leads to projects not being finished on time to inadequate resources, which cost projects more funding than originally anticipated during pre-planning phase
  • I use strategic resource planning and have also relied on tactical resource planning based on the abilities of the management or Project Manager and Team Supervisor opening up channels that aid on the successful completion of projects
  • Through the use of scheduling or planned time allotment, I estimate how much time a particular project activity will take
  • Then I then keep track of actual time spent on the project
  • I start by defining the phases or stages of the project
  • I then identify the tasks for each stage
  • Determining what specific activities need to be done to complete a project phase
  • Then, resources will be assigned to each of these tasks
  • Next is the estimation on how long a task will take
  • This is the projected amount of time to complete a task
  • It is typically measured in man-hours
  • Task hours in real-time consumed
  • Meaning the actual time used to complete a task is recorded
  • Oversight and Progress Assessment: It is the control used to find efficiency
  • This may involve the reassignment of tasks, changing the sequence or elimination of tasks
  • This is the ongoing process in order to meet the schedule commitments of the project
  • For over 15 years of prior Information Technology responsibilities and experience:
  • Set up workstations (Laptop, desktop/towers, and check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
  • Setup in up all local hubs for area Workstations (all necessary peripheral devices such as routers or switches, voip, printers, commercial all in one copier etc.) Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
  • PCMS all work ticket nonfunctional laptops and towers and bring devices back on line

  • Adding or modifying group policy or user access according to company SOP
  • There is a lot more I know...
