I've been a bartender for nearly 30 years. I am passionate, and driven to promote whatever bar I stand behind. I've established a solid customer base over my 20+ years in the South End. Many of which will likely become new regulars wherever I land. I am quick to learn new processes, and am eager to do so.
As a bar owner, I did literally everything that needed to be done. Scheduling, Staffing, BoH, Event planning, Ordering of ALL product, Social media, Public relations, Daily bookkeeping, Payroll, Accounting, Menu planning, Weekly cocktail, and food specials.
Daily Bartending shifts, Customer service, Bookkeeping when needed.
Ordered Product (Liquor, Beer, Wine, Bar hardware, supplies)
Craft cocktail menu creation, and promotion. (Seasonal, and Weekly)
Coordinated with FoH, and management as to scheduling, and adequate shift coverage for all.
Created and maintained a social media following, regarding specials, events, etc. Worked with the attached book store regarding author's evenings, including food/drink specials.
Responsibilities:
Daily shifts during lunch, Customer service.
Ordering product, (Beer, Wine, Non-perishable items)
Daily Bookkeeping, and cash reconciliation, Bank Deposits.
Daily posts on social media regarding upcoming events, specials, Etc.
Coordinated with vendors, and suppliers for bar related events (EG, Seattle Beer Week, Cask Nights, and Brewers Dinners)
Served as a liaison between FoH, Owners, and BoH.
