Accomplishments:
- Managed $1.25 million, 18-month project bringing E*Trade into Federal Reserve compliance for customer check deposits (Check21) and delivering operational savings of approximately $750k annually
- Managed 6-month project installing wire transfer application functionality to support new corporate treasury function for savings of approximately $600k annually
- One of 3 project managers to $10 million, multi-year implementation of new cash management and retail banking platform for entire E*Trade customer account base; The solution allowed for real-time account updates, increased application stability, and more flexible integration with other E*Trade systems for lower technology and operating costs
- Installed enhanced customer account application verification functionality to better meet regulatory requirements (Know Your Customer), reduce fraud, and to automate back office operations
- Installed a call center forecasting and scheduling solution to improve resource allocation
- Developed and delivered to the E*Trade CTO an operational support handbook for all retail cash areas; Worked with stakeholders to capture responses and escalations to key business failures and exceptions
- Team leader for community outreach program that logged 900 hours and oversaw 2200 volunteer hours; Reported directly to EVP/COO on results against goals
