I have about 3 years of experience in customer service and have learned a lot of skills from those 3 years. I started out on the cash register assisting customers in transactions and returns and earning an ace employee recognition award for several months. I later moved on to gaining new duties including, completing and packaging in store pick up orders and online shipments, cleaning and organizing the aisles, shadowing and teaching new employees, stocking new items and working in the stock room, and assisting customers with whatever they need be it technical help on our website or locating items throughout the store, or guidance with our prices and discounts. I like to fulfill my duties a hundred percent until I clock out and help out any way I can.
