• Scanning prescription barcodes.
• Placing the prescription into the proper sized mailing envelope or box.
• Placing patient refill documents and return address label into the package.
• Adding packing material to protect the contents from leakage or damage.
• Closing and sealing the container.
• Placing an address label on the package and sending the completed order to the manifesting area.
• Maintaining stock and a clean work area.

• Inspects materials and products for conformance to specifications using fixed or preset measuring instruments.

• Ensures materials and products are in accordance with established tolerance levels for quality and performance and are not irregular or damaged.

• Responsible for setting up and operating all processing equipment for sheeting area from the VMI through the oven. This includes the VMI, extruders, conveyors, tray machine, flour dusters and the oven.

• Responsible for making all line adjustments necessary to ensure product quality and food safety; coordinating efforts with the line lead, maintenance and QA; providing break relief for other positions; and cleaning and sanitizing the line/area.

• Cleaning the Gemini equipment.

• Ensuring the accuracy of seals, dates and price of bags

• General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing

• Maintain good housekeeping throughout the shift

• Perform quality checks and maintain records

• Construct and pack boxes with proper product

• Communicate machine malfunctions to proper department
