Laser Operator Responsibilities:

• Reduced material waste through accurate programming of laser cutting parameters for each job order.

Production Assembler for Machine Vision Lights:

• Assembled Machine Vision Lights according to (Mechanical & Electrical) digital documentation.
• Compared Bill of Materials list with Mechanical & Electrical documentation. Notified supervisor of any errors that could result in ISO infraction.
• Use of appropriate hand tools such as screw drivers, hand held drills, wrenches, crimpers, wire strippers, and solder irons.
• Solder resisters, jumpers and wires to PCB (printed circuit board) ensuring solder joints met IPC J-STD 001 standards.
• Assemble light while performing self inspections of work. Also, inspections of hardware, optics, drivers, resistors etc to be in product.
• Test product for shorts and string test before turning in to quality for burn in.

• Maximized patient satisfaction by helping individuals carry out personal tasks such as dressing and walking.
• Completed activities of daily living for patients unable to self-care, and assisted those with limited mobility in completing tasks.
