I work closely with Help Center GM of 4 locations with development and hiring new staff or just making sure policies and procedures are being executed, doing food safety audits, setting up new managers for Serv safe, answer and resolve customer complaints, food inventory and counts weekly, coach and train assistant managers on doing schedules to make labor and be profitable every week.
Go over with GM's monthly on food cost over base, look at their food inventory in QSR and e restaurant making sure if their percentage is way off that we count it together to verify count is accurate, ride each location doing a visit making sure customer service times are being meet, labor is under 20% per hour cleanliness.
Do cash audits monthly.
Assist the Management team in any area they need help with.
Learned onboarding in people matter and assist people managers on hiring and onboarding.
