While my official title is currently Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant, I haven't been assigned a Talent Acquisition pipeline since July 2024. My function has been as a full-time Project Leader, in addition to providing people leader support. I aspire to take on more responsibilities showcasing the leadership skills I've acquired within home office and partnering with the field to expand my contributions to the firm.
