Transitioned to Branch Evolution Talent Acquisition from BOA Talent Acquisition to absorb a significant portion of Project Leader responsibilities:

  • Played an integral role in transitioning Branch Evolution Talent Acquisition from MVP to MLP serving as Project Lead for Practice Optimization U.S. (on TA Enterprise 2024 Business Plan).
  • Reduced highly manual workflows to improve associate, stakeholder, candidate, and branch experience.
  • Designed and implemented new workflow to hire an RBA or AFA that led to FA's moving to TA quicker and a more seamless handoff when transitioning stakeholders.
  • Identified and executed offer form, onboarding, reporting, and communication enhancements increasing TA's capacity saving 100s of hours/year and decreasing human error from manual entry.
  • Led up, down, and across while considering upstream and downstream impacts to influence and make decisions.
