-Responsible for issuing, tracking, shipment, and organization of dosimeters required to monitor radiation exposure of radiation workers within the William Beaumont footprint.

-Receives and ships out radioactive material in accordance with regulations set forth in 10CFR49.

-Ensures radiation workers are properly trained on handling radioactive material and provides them with the appropriate contact info in case of emergencies.

- Responsible for $350,000 worth of radiation equipment to include inventory, calibration, maintenance and issuance.

- Performs weekly and monthly contamination surveys of areas containing liquid radioactive material to ensure no contamination is present therefore ensuring patient and staff safety.

-Performs X-Ray surveys on various X-Ray machines to ensure proper functioning according to 10CFR49 ensuring no unnecessary exposure to radiation.

- Performs and sustains necessary Army standards to include height and weight, physical fitness, customs and courtesies, appearance, etc. showcasing exceptional discipline, grit, resilience and strength.

• Led initiatives to enhance soldier morale and engagement through diverse recreational activities.
• Coordinated community service events to foster camaraderie among soldiers and local organizations.
