
New to New York after growing up in New Orleans and spending almost half my years there working in service. Excited to immerse myself in the city, improve my current skills as well as gain new ones, and meet new people particularly through the lense of the industry!
Hired as an entry-level wine lover, I steadily gained knowledge of the owner's extensive bottle list and rotating BTG selections, as well as a deeper understanding of winemaking processes and techniques, grape varietals, etc. I translated this knowledge to customers to enhance their own wine enjoyment and bar experience.
