-A comprehensive benefit guide which includes a break down of costs and coverage eligibility for health insurance, deductibles and cost for vision & dental insurance, breakdown of how the town's contribution to employee 401k works, benefits of the State of NC retirement plan, accrual rates based on years of service, salary increases for education/certifications, merit bonus & longevity bonus information, and an employee directory for new hires. The town did not have a benefit guide until I created this one.
