7 Years 10 Months- Provide hands-on nursing care for hospitalized and surgical patients, including medication administration, IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, wound management, and post-operative monitoring. Prepare, induce, and monitor anesthesia; perform intubation, vital-sign monitoring, and recovery protocols to ensure patient safety. Collect and process diagnostic samples (bloodwork, urinalysis, cytology), perform digital radiography positioning and basic image review, and assist veterinarians with interpretations. Assist with dental procedures and surgical cases—maintain aseptic technique, handle instruments, and support patient recovery. Maintain accurate medical records in the practice management system, manage inventory and ordering, and uphold infection-control and safety standards. Educate clients on treatment plans, preventive care, and medication administration; foster strong client relationships to support compliance.
