Teach a 4-session course on various aspects of coaching in Harford County Public Schools. Discuss the importance of teamwork, team culture, bullying/hazing/harassment and risk management. Assign homework and administer a final examination.

Teach a virtual 14-session course on the values, practices, and perspectives of cultural equity and diversity. Discuss teaching and learning styles. Prepare new teachers to be culturally aware and create a culturally safe environment. Assigned homework, graded journal entries, and final projects.

Conduct quarterly meetings with department members. Continuous communication with CTE Supervisor regarding grants, additional funding, and program data. Organize and attend field trips. Instructor for summer school online credit recovery in World History and US History. Utilized Florida Virtual, to grade assignments and assign projects. Created pacing guides and weekly progress reports for parents. Made daily phone calls for attendance purposes or other concerns.

Taught various levels, grades 9-12, World History 9 and 10, US History, Participation in Government, and African American History; inclusive classrooms with special education co-teachers. Assigned homework; created and administered tests/quizzes. Prepared students for Regents examinations. Collaborated with many teachers to plan lessons, create assessments and projects. Entered grades using Gradebook and Grade Quick.
