I'm at the front desk answering phones and assessing peoples personal property.

I ran the front desk checking customers out by hand writing their receipts and running a cash register, answering phones and checking emails. I also placed orders, sent in product registration forms, warranty claims and did the customer financing.

I kept records of parts, tools, supplies being used for each job. I also kept time of all the shop employees for each job being worked on in the shop.
