I am a fitness enthusiast, primarily using weightlifting and running to maintain my personal health and stamina. I am also an avid backpacker and outdoorsman stemming from Boy Scouts, having covered well over 1,000 miles in the back country territories of California, Nevada, and New Mexico. When I am not on the go I enjoy reading, specifically biographies and autobiographies about people throughout history and in the present. Above all I love spending time with my family and friends.
