• Tech help desk internship where we assist anybody within the school with tech problems(laptops, PCs, projectors, etc…) Was able to earn promotion to manager to ensure the help desk is running efficiently and everyone is being productive
• Throughout this internship I was able to earn my CompTIA IT fundamentals+ and Microsoft certificates for Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

• Staying up to date with new technology, assisting Guests with any tech issues or questions along with phone activations.

• Valuable hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems
• I assisted with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, performed network administration tasks, and contributed to user support and training
