I am a certified lifeguard with CPR training and two years of experience, where I’ve developed valuable life skills like decision-making and responsibility. These skills have translated into leadership opportunities, such as being elected vice president of my class in junior year and now running for class president. I also served on the BC2M National Board, where I led a community event to raise mental health awareness. Additionally, I led the Out of the Darkness Walk to combat suicide and stigma, and I’m involved in a Teen Violence Program to address issues among young people. I’m honored to have received the Reach Scholarship and participated in the U.S. Senate Program, both of which have expanded my leadership and advocacy efforts.
