- Grounds crew was in charge of maintaining the grounds area clean or trash or boxes the vendors left. On our time off we would help Jumper Crew who specialized in fixing the horses jumps and moving the decoration around. By the end of the show we helped transition to the next show being the Loudon show. By the end of both shows we were in charge of taking everything down and cleaning up the land for next year.
- Removed debris from walkways and driveways with rakes or leaf blowers.
- Cleaned up work sites after each job was completed; disposed of trash properly.
- Assisted in the installation of new landscaping features such as trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
- Communicated with supervisors about any issues or concerns that arose during work hours.
- Organized supplies for upcoming projects; ordered additional materials when needed.
- Maintained irrigation systems by repairing broken lines and adjusting sprinkler heads.
- Collaborated with other crew members to complete large-scale projects efficiently.
- Provided customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed projects.
