• Maintain safe, secure buildings and assist with grounds/common-area maintenance
• Respond quickly to issues while ensuring quality workmanship and clean finishes

• Assess repair needs and determine best solutions efficiently for residential and commercial work
• Perform restoration and construction tasks including repairs, replacements, and cleanup
• Support project timelines while following safety requirements and company standards

Handle complex installations, which may include appliances, furniture, and other home goods. plumbing and electrical work (changing/installing water and gas valve also hardwiring appliances)

• Refurbish and reconstruct used trailers/mobile units for customer use
• Complete flooring, carpentry, siding, and painting work to meet quality standards
• Operate hand and power tools daily while maintaining safety and accuracy

• Install commercial flooring materials including carpet and sheet goods
• Measure, cut, prep surfaces, and complete accurate installs for clean finished results
• Work as part of a crew to meet deadlines and maintain professional jobsite standards

load/unload trucks using forklifts, pull and fullfil orders for contractors, deliver materials to jobsite, maintain safe and clean warehouse
