  • Other duties included translating for Spanish speaking customers

  • I have also taken over the fraud detection services for my team including making sure each team member is reporting any fraud in the branch in an email sent to me weekly, hosting meetings to update my team on recent trends regarding fraud, assisting team members in checking over deposits to ensure no fraudulent activities are taking place
