Lead organizational development and strategic planning, optimize financial performance, oversee program delivery and daily operations, build stakeholder relationships and oversee personnel.


  • Manage $4,000,000+ budget with 31 personnel
  • Successfully negotiated and secured a property acquisition that added 13 rental units to the BCHG portfolio at no cost by obtaining full funding from local government sources.
  • Increased assets of the organization by nearly $2,000,000.
  • Increased annual revenue by over $1,000,000 by securing funding for 5 new programs and 9 new personnel.
