Conceptualize, develop and implement a comprehensive development and communications program to further the organization’s strategic goals.

• Responsible for nearly $3,000,000 dollars in revenue for the BCHG mission.
• Design and implement strategic direct mail program that has generated over 50% increase in revenue and 25% increase in donors in its first two years of operation.
• Compose grant, foundation and government applications and steward awarded applications through the reporting cycle.
• Successfully identified, cultivated and stewarded several new funding partners resulting in over $150,000 of new funding.
• Lead the rebrand of the organization including development of new logo, website, all communication materials and craft a strategic, cohesive message agency wide.
• Serve as project manager on Community Food Pantry renovation and upgrade including obtaining $160,000 for the project.
• Maintain and update all e-communications including website and social media.
• Manage volunteer group activities with appropriate areas of the organization.
• Coordinate and create all development service functions, records, research, prospect management, tracking functions, gift processing, acknowledgements and donor recognition.

Responsible for the development, maintenance and growth of quality Special Olympics sports training and competition programs at the County Program level through the supervision of 18 local management teams.

• Act as a principle liaison between Special Olympics Pennsylvania and the local programs.
• Develop, implement and execute Athlete and Volunteer Recruitment and Retention plans designed to meet and exceed annual growth goals of 15% over three years

Responsible for project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, logistics and project accounting of custom patio, pool, hardscaping, landscaping and structural projects.

Manage a portfolio of individual donors. Create and implement a comprehensive moves management cycle to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward individuals for major support of the College’s mission.

• Responsible for managing a portfolio of 200+ major gift prospects.
• Create, manage and implement over $1 million campaign for the School of Arts & Communication to become an All-Steinway School.
• Collaborate with Deans of the School of Arts & Communications, the School of Nursing, Health and Exercise Science and the Athletic Director to develop customized action plans leading to successful cultivation, stewardship and solicitation of major donor prospects.
• Structure, design and execute the first comprehensive Athletics sponsorship package for the College resulting in over $100,000 of revenue in first six months of operation.

Conceptualize, develop and implement a comprehensive development program for PA and NJ including major donor, annual giving, planned giving, government grant support programs and fundraising events. Charged with implementing individual, corporate and foundation support to drive donations, build relationships and steward key partnerships, while providing leadership and direction to the regional community.

• Responsible for nearly $800,000 dollars in revenue for the Outward Bound mission.
• Design and implement peer-to-peer cultivation and solicitation program.
• Establish and advise Major Gift Implementation Group responsible for cultivation and solicitation of $10 million Capital Campaign.

Created and implemented moves management cycle for annual, major and capital gifts. Planned, organized and managed all activities including budget, identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and documentation related to the annual giving campaign.

• Developed and implemented business plan to secure $900,000 in annual gifts.

Responsible for the daily operations, staffing and organization of two District offices.

Served as political director for media relations for all County candidates and managed party building activities.

Accountable for recruitment, training and successful implementation of poll coverage, distribution of over 7000 signs and literature drop program in excess of 100,000 pieces.

Responsible for all aspects of Congressman Greenwood’s reelection efforts, including strategic planning, budgeting and implementation of over $1 million budget raised from individual donors.

Worked with fellow Co-Chair to organize, recruit, mobilize and execute the President’s re-election plan.

Implemented outreach events involving the Congressman and performed constituent services.
