As Bike Matrix's first employee hire, my responsibilities include overseeing the expansion of key parts of the system's functionality and infrastructure, including:

  • I also acted as the customer-facing representative in efforts to develop new technologies, approaches to address long-term technical platform challenges, additions to existing products, and new products.
  • Other responsibilities included being part of the emergency on-call rotation, writing external customer-facing incident postmortems, writing internal documentation, creating technical processes, building internal tools for Solutions and Support Engineers, and providing mentorship to junior members of both teams.
