Summary

I moved to the Boise valley when I was 15 years old from Rexburg Idaho. I have a passion for Idaho and I am proud to have lived here all my life.


While attending Eagle high school, I maintained steady employment. When I graduated I began working at the Ada County Sheriffs office because I knew it was where I wanted to spend my career.


I have been marred for two years and do not have any children yet. I enjoy spending time in the outdoors and being around family.


Some of my hobbies include Backpacking, Golfing and riding motorcycles. I also have a passion for firearms and training with firearms. I am woking on becoming an armorer and a firearms instructor for Ada County.

  • Placed #1 in my testing group for the jail Special Response Team and completed multiple successful activations.
  • Placed #2 in my testing group for Jail Training Officer.
  • Worked in all areas of the jail, completed a successful rotation as an area lead, and was trusted to work in Booking often, sometimes filling in as the Booking Lead when they were gone.
  • Developed communication skills and a better understanding to peoples thought process in this profession.
  • Wrote daily reports and maintained logs of inmate activities and behaviors.
  • Developed a knowledge for county and state used systems included CAD, ITS, ICOURTS, IJ5 and other systems.
  • Completed multiple investigations including fights, thefts, NCO's, threats and failure to obey orders.
  • Attended to feeding, housing, and physical well-being of inmates.
  • Transported prisoners throughout facility and off-site to medical appointments.

  • I am a very hard worker and take pride in completing my tasks and responsibilities without question I work well with others in a team environment, but I am also able to problem solve on my own when I need to I am dependable, honest, and take my responsibilities seriously I can talk to people and make quick decisions on the spot I am very teachable and can adapt to the situation however is needed
  • I have great communication skills I am able to work and get along well with anyone I am around
  • I have a positive attitude and I don't get discouraged easily
  • I am well traind when it comes to firearms I am currently working with the county armorer to become an armorer and I have taken many colleagues to the shooting range to help them become perficient and more comfortable shooting
