I am the sole Administrative support for LAWA's Performance Management Section. Providing customer service by phone and in office. Project lead for LAWA’s Onboarding System. I Work closely with supervisors and employees regarding probationary, annual and training evaluations. This requires frequent exercise of independent judgment and a good knowledge of the functions of the unit, as well as knowledge on where to find the information in the MOU's for all 4000 employees. Daily auditing of our systems (NEOGOV Perform, SAP and PAYSR), to ensure data is synced as they are linked. I utilize a personal computer to complete daily tasks, provide training, and assign, review, and evaluate the evaluations as they are created and completed. I create and maintain all records for the Performance Management Database. I advise the employees and supervisors of the policies and practices pertaining to performance management as well as provide exemplary customer service and effectively provide customer service sufficient to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts with customers as well as deal tactfully and effectively with others. I communicate both orally and in writing in a clear, concise, logical and accurate manner for the purposes of conveying pertinent information to others regarding their responsibilities in completing evaluations. I work as part of a team to complete reports for the division as well as executive staff.
