• Maintaining inventory, providing customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, working as a cashier, increasing awareness of products, maintaining product knowledge, creating a warm and inviting environment for customers and to stimulate sales

• Interact with customers in a friendly and timely manner, assist new team members in learning routes, improving team efficiency, attention to detail, helping to sort and prepare the mail for delivery, deliver mail to mail boxes, receptacles and other designated areas, retrieve outgoing mail from businesses and residences

Responsibilities include; typing and preparing prescription labels, processing patient’s insurance, reading and interpreting physician’s medication orders, resolving insurance related problems and assisting patients with various forms of financial assistance, working with Digital Rx software, mathematical proficiency, reviewing and fulfilling written prescriptions or refill requests efficiently to ensure patient safety, troubleshooting pertinent software, answering pharmacy phone calls, questions and requests for customers, referring inquires to the pharmacist, ringing up customer’s transactions in a quick and efficient manner, maintaining a safe and clean environment in the pharmacy
