This miss was related to the downtime of the RTF press for several weeks. This pushed our lead time out to 17 weeks. With the use of OT, we were able to get back into lead after several weeks. OTD and Schedule Achievement goals were achieved. OTD was able to achieve 84%, above the 80% goal. Schedule Achievement came in at 96.2%.
