- Managed two apartment communities, providing affordable housing for 106 apartments. Followed Wallick policies and procedures,HUD, and LIHTC guidelines. Daily duties included but not limited to prospect application intake, rent payment processing, completion of annual certifications , interim certifications as needed. Other duties included filing of tenant documents, invoices, and other paper documents within the office. EIV ran with their respected reports completed in a timely manner. Devco updated monthly with all required information pertaining to tenants certifications. All property invoices entered and processed thru Yardi as invoices came in to office. Monthly supply ordered processed on all supplied needed for operation of properties. Preparation agency inspections such as MOR, REAC ( now Nspire ). Followup to any findings thru proper documentation to remain in compliance. Other basic office duties such as copying, faxing, emailing, filing, office and community building cleaning. Onsite supervision of maintenance staff on a daily basis. Process all time sheets, schedules in a timely manner.
