I have been working in the education field for over 15 years as a substitute teacher, including work in a reading specialist program across multiple schools. I am skilled in classroom management, differentiated instruction, and fostering student engagement. I have worked in multiple grade levels and subjects. I have established positive relationships with students, staff, and administrators. I have managed classroom behaviors and ensured a productive, respectful, and safe environment.
