· Incident investigation for cargo related situations-accidents, fires, cargo shifts, leaks or spills, damage, overage, shortage, delayed freight, etc

· Securement Violations- Assigning online and in house classes for our BCOs
· Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT)
· Communicating with our 3rd party vendor, Veroot to review customers and broker carriers to see if they are CTPAT compliant
· Working with Agents to gather information pertaining to the cargo incident so the customer can submit a claim
· Review daily ALL Trip Transit Applications. Provide CLP release requests to Agents.
· New Agent prohibited cargo -Weekly task of Orientation Logs, Distribution and Inventory of locks given to BCOs at the Field Centers
· Assign adjusters to inspect cargo when damaged and there is HVL insurance on the load -Agent/BCO Counselling (Prohibited cargo, cargo value, agent actions that need counselling) -Inbound and outbound calls daily
· Audit the CTPAT bolt seals (Issued, document, cancelled letter, etc.) Used Security Seals from BCO’s and send out additional seals if requested.
· Audit locks ordered through Warlock and Enforcer -Submit lock orders to Warlock and Enforcer from our BCOs
· Issue Comcheks to vendors for accidents or cargo shifts
· Monitor the CLP inbox for all incoming emails
· Audit the cargo value report for changes in the cargo values entered in by agent on the freight bill screen
· Enter LSIR requests from Night Ops into eRims
· Investigate Trailer Alerts
· Risk Assessments from Agents
· Answer Haul questions for commodities (Prohibited or not)
· Review ERTS alerts. Check to make sure a CLP analyst is on the email if cargo related
· Review Internal After Hours forms if on call person is not handling and enter into eRIMS
· Save and forward Claims emails to incidents already entered in so Cargo Claims can process on their end
· After Hours Phone. On call 1 week a month for afterhours assistance such as cargo shifts or spills/leaks
· Random Drug & Alcohol Testing Notifications each quarter
