With my extensive work experience, I have come to understand the critical importance of customer interaction. My roles as a teller and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) have taught me that helping customers goes beyond mere transactions or patient care. It involves getting to know each person as a whole, understanding their unique needs and circumstances. Building these connections has not only enhanced my ability to assist them effectively but has also made my work more fulfilling. I firmly believe that knowing a person well enables me to provide better service and support, ultimately helping them achieve their goals.
