• Reception and access control of visitors, suppliers and clients.
• Answering phone calls to provide basic information about Elanco.
• Coordinate with the Car Fleet & Mobility area and with users who have Car/Utility unit to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the processing of access credentials to Elanco's facilities.
• Reception and attention of clients/suppliers attending the office.
• Sending and receiving of courier and parcels.
• Coordination and supervision of suppliers such as Cleaning
