Erin Ardoin

I grew up around the game of baseball which has inspired me to want to work in the baseball industry, My dad played professional baseball for 15 years. My three brothers all play or have played at the division one level. One of my brothers is in minor league baseball right now while I play softball. This background has lead me to learn so much about the game and what it takes to be one of the best. Through this and my experiences I have developed skills that can be beneficial in the recruiting field. Coaching and giving lessons has taught me a lot about players. Playing has brought me many challenges which turned into skills that are needed in the professional world such as communication, teamwork, overcoming adversity, multi taking, time management, etc.
