Worked as a community health nurse specializing in primary care, substance abuse, and mental health for the homeless as well as other vulnerable populations.

Worked closely with primary care providers and psychiatric staff using critical thinking skills to asses patients level of acuity and initiating interventions when necessary.

Provided direct patient care, education and med management/ administration for chronic disease management as well as acute illnesses. Provided nursing care and support while maintaining a harm reduction, trauma informed and strength based mentality.
