Oversee the public media channel and developed an alternative business model for delivery of public media resulting in annual savings of $500k. Act in an advisory capacity citywide on complex technology initiatives such as upgrading the City’s financial systems, and E-Discovery and Emergency Notification System implementations.

Cultivated community involvement processes to implement the decisions of elected officials and community interests. Worked closely with elected officials to develop legislation to authorize project budgets, partnership agreements, and land acquisitions. Developed the first sustainable scorecard system for Seattle Parks and tracked sustainable elements of park design and construction. Partnered with Seattle Housing authority to create an apprenticeship program for project engineers.
