- Program and project management: Overall program management of Technical Recovery processes and annual life-cycle, ensuring annual recovery commitments are met, annual recovery exercises are completed on schedule and scope is met. Developed a Business Systems Analyst role to manage and develop Recovery Tools and new team processes, as well as conducting retrospectives, ensuring continual process improvement cycles. Overall oversight and reporting of Nike’s Technical Recovery Portfolio, over 570 applications. Providing Technical Recovery program requirements to other Global Tech domains as part of cross-functional quarterly PI Planning cycles, including JIRA and Aha intakes and presenting in Global Tech domain planning ceremonies.
