Erin Dunlevy is a highly skilled theatre artist, restorative justice practitioner, intimacy professional (certification pending), and equity facilitator. With extensive experience in training stakeholders in the theatre arts, Erin offers valuable individual coaching to actors, theatre arts educators, and other creative professionals interested in racial identity development, equity in the arts, restorative conflict models, and consent-forward practices. Alongside her field work, Erin has made significant contributions to the field through publications and presentations on evaluative measures for restorative justice in schools and universities, with a focus on addressing racial disproportionality. Currently, Erin imparts her expertise as an instructor at Columbia University, teaching "Navigating DEAIB: Strategies for Stage Managers in a Changing Industry." She also serves as an instructor at the New York University Metro Center, a visiting professor at the United Nations Mandated University for Peace, and holds the position of Vice President at True North EDI.
