Relevant Course Work
- In one of my courses, I had the opportunity to direct a student short film amongst a group of classmates. During this time, I was responsible for creating shot lists, coordinating with assistant directors to create a filming schedule appropriate for both cast and crew, and managing pre and post-production phases. From this experience, I became proficient with different editorial software and editing techniques and adept in the fast-paced environment of film production.
- I enrolled in a Screenwriting course at school, and over the course of 10 weeks, I was able to complete a screenplay project. During this time, I had to teach myself how to navigate through different screenwriting software, which allowed me to become familiar with and proficient in the Final Draft screenwriting software. Through this, I was able to experience constructive criticism, and I was able to gain the tools needed to give and receive notes.
